Local Authorities and Registered Social Landlords (RSLs) have responsibilities for acting against Anti Social Behaviour. Social Services need to ensure that they are taking the welfare of the whole community fully into account. These organisations need to be able to share this information and use it to the fullest extent in order to act fairly and decisively against the problems of ASB.
