

SPS Emergency Calls Out of Hours allows housing providers to offer tenants a constant service to meet their needs. It is not always convenient for tenants to make calls during office hours and many incidents, such as a faulty boiler in the middle of the night, require instant attention. With SPS Emergency Calls Out of Hours we can take control of the situation once your office closes at the end of the working day. Tenants are provided with an 'out of hours' number to call and our Agents will always answer the call using your name, so that tenants feel confident in the service. SPS will organise and co-ordinate your contractors or, where required, SPS Operatives will be sent to emergency call outs.
